How can I place an order?

Every item featured on our website can be ordered online. You can also contact us by phone to place your order or arrange to collect it from our workshop in Colwall on the Hereford/Worcestershire border.

If you want to order a one-off, specially designed piece, you will need to contact us by phone or email so we can confirm your exact needs.

When do I pay for my furniture?

If you order online using a credit or debit card, the full amount will be charged to your card as soon as you confirm your order. If you order by phone, by email or in person we will charge a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be charged to your card prior to delivery.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Smaller items

Products such as our boxes and peg rails are kept in stock. These will be collected by courier from our workshop and delivered within 3-4 working days.

On the rare occasion that your item is out of stock, we will contact you. We will then give an estimated delivery time and if necessary arrange a refund or offer an alternative item.

Larger items

Our furniture is handmade especially for you by one of our craftsmen based in our workshop at the foot of the beautiful Malvern Hills. We will personally deliver your order within 6 - 8 weeks. You will be contacted before delivery and given a 2 hour time slot. Occasionally we will use a trusted delivery partner if your address is outside our normal delivery areas.

Will the furniture fit in my home?

The dimensions of every product are clearly detailed on our website. It is your responsibility to make sure that your order can be delivered into its new home. We will be very happy to offer any advice you may need.

Will two pieces of furniture look the same?

All our timber is sourced from certified, sustainable resources and personally selected by our Head Craftsman Alan Eldridge.

As with all natural products, the grain and colour of wood varies and this adds to the beauty of each hand finished product. Our furniture is made from solid wood except occasionally where for technical reasons solid wood veneer is preferable. The furniture is then finished with a durable coat of lacquer. Oil or wax finishes, soaped finish or painted furniture can also be requested.

No two pieces are the same. Your new piece of furniture is unique. But if you require more than one item such as two bedside tables, we will do our best to make sure wood colours and grains are as consistent as possible.

How should I care for my furniture?

Love it and use it. Regularly dust with a soft duster. Do not use sprays or polishes. Occasionally wipe over with a damp cloth and buff with a dry one. And don’t worry - it is perfectly normal for wood to move a very little and mature as it adapts to the conditions of its new home.
